Minimum order amounts are specified on each individual item. Within our minimum order specs, you can order 1 roll or 1 pac or 1 box per color. You do not have to order 4 rolls or 2 boxes of any one color. Example: On a 4 roll thermal order you can order 4 colors. At Markat CC it is mix-n-match colors per item. Our default settings have minimum orders in place so please be aware of this, just in case the shopping cart isn’t working correctly at checkout. It may be waiting for you to meet the minimum order.

Folks, we sell bunches of Tags. In our warehouse, we rotate our incoming Tags to insure that your Tags are always fresh. This guarantees you zero or few problems! Occasionally, we run out of a color. If we are out of a color you have ordered, we will call you for a substitute color before we ship. It is imperative that you include a phone number where you can be reached easily in the DAYTIME hours. If we fail to reach you, your order will not ship until we do. If you would like us to substitute a color for anything that is out of stock, please send us a note in the provided area of the checkout.

To get the quantity price-break, we accept items on back order for out of stock Tag colors when your order quantity is 25 Rolls UP or 12 Pac/Boxes Up. In this case, we charge no additional shipping. Back orders may take up to 8 weeks, so if you need a certain Tag color before that, do not order it.

We want you as a customer on a long term basis, we really do. So that there is no misunderstanding concerning returns, we ask you to carefully read & understand our Return Policy before you submit your online order.

Please totally check your order upon receiving it. All returns must be pre-authorized and assigned a return PO number by our customer service department in order to be received by us. Preauthorized returns must take place within 30 days after invoice date with no exceptions. We accept returns for our errors and we will reimburse you return shipping. We will give you all return shipping information when we assign you a return PO number. Example: If you order the color yellow & we send the color purple. Or if you order Lasertag Sheets and we send Thermal Tag Rolls. Etc. Mistakes on our part will mean that Tag rolls, Boxes and Shrink wrap should not be opened or used in anyway.

We do not accept returns due to color hue differences. Colors are subject to change. If an EXACT color match is important to you, please call customer service and request a color sample Before ordering. We do not accept returns for Tag incompatibility with either your software or printer. If you are not sure what type of Tag/Label will work, you need email or call us to make sure, Before ordering. Please give us your printer name & model, along with the name of your software & we will help you.

In the event you feel that you have a problem with our Tags being faulty, please contact customer service as soon as possible. To save time, we recommend that you read our FAQ Page before you call, in order to establish if the Tags are truly the problem.
